Any order may be cancelled or modified up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup date.
For any order placed less than 24 hours before pickup (the day before for the next day), no request for cancellation, modification, or refund can be accepted due to the very short timeframe and the immediate preparation of the products.
Any modification request made more than 48 hours before the pickup date must be submitted in writing and will be subject to approval by our team.
If you are still within the time limits set out in our Terms and Conditions, please log in to your customer account directly through our online store to access your order and click on the relevant order.
You will then be able to select a new date by clicking again on the calendar displaying the available time slots.
