Good news! You have the option to modify the date and/or time of your order yourself, providing a quicker and more efficient solution for you.
Here is the procedure to follow:
To do this, we invite you to log in to your client area and select the order for which you wish to change the date or collection time.
Once you have completed this step, simply choose the calendar, and you will only need to select a new date or collection slot.
Please note: any changes to the date or time slot must be made at least 24 hours in advance to be considered; otherwise, it will regrettably not be possible.
